Booking

How can I book?

Booking at Paradiso Hotel is possible directly from our online booking engine directly from our website, just following the instructions, the program suggests you.

Hotel Paradiso trusts the Ezee Reservation to guarantee the top level of privacy for its own clients during the payments online through credit cards and also for the personal information.

Can I book through email or by phone?

Alternatively is always possible book through email or by phone.

I made the reservation but I didn’t get from Hotel Paradiso a confirmation and the address. Why?

Hotel Paradiso immediately sends the confirmation at the address given. If you don’t receive it by 2 work-days, we please you to call us.  If you don’t call, for us is the booking confirmed.

If you booked by booking.com, holidaycheck.de or other booking portals (OTA) you will receive the confirmation mail directly from them. You can always ask us information or special requests.

Se avete prenotato con Booking.com, Holidaycheck.de o altri portali di prenotazione (OTA) riceverete una mail da questi portali, in ogni caso potete scriverci per avere indicazioni e fare le vostre richieste speciali direttamente al nostro staff.

I made the reservation by booking.com, holidayscheck.de or others OTA. Could I cancel my reservation directly with you?

First you have to read the cancellation policy from these portals. After doing the cancellation, you can always book directly with us, through the methods written before.

When I make the reservation, is asked my credit card number why is that needed?

The credit card number is just a guarantee of your reservation, in case of no show at the check in or without cancellation of the reservation, the Hotel is authorized to pick from the credit card the money of the reservation. For more info read the rules for the cancellations.

If you prefer to give not the number of the credit cards, you can send prepay through bank or with Paypal. In this case we will give the details to do this kind of payment.

I’ve done a reservation, which does not need prepay. Why my bank contacts me the Hotel Paradiso takes the money for the reservation from my credit card?

Hotel Paradiso has not taken money but just made a PRE-AUTHORISATION, a verify system and a guarantee system used to check the truth of the credit cards given by the guests.

With this operation, nothing will change on your bank account. It’s only a “freezing” of the first’s night price, which will immediately unlock at your check in.

Can I delete my reservation? There are some cancellation penalties?

It is useful verify the price implicated during the booking. Normally, there will be not penalties for cancellations made till 24 hours before the check in. The only exception is in case the clients used the “non-refundable rate”.

The requests of cancellation have to be sent through mail or fax, in other cases you’ll pay the whole amount of the reservation.

I need to leave before my check out date reserved, there are penalties?

If you communicate at the check in that you should leave the hotel before the term reserved, you should not pay any penalty. If you reserved with the non refundable rate, you should pay the entire amount.

It is possible to contact the Paradiso Hotel before the arrival?

Yes. At the confirmation time you’ll receive a schedule with all the info necessaries to reach the accommodation. More of that the phone numbers are all written in our web site.

Price written in the web site is for person?

No, the price written is for room per night. When you make the reservation is asked the number of people, write that is important to have the right rate.

How much cost the local tax?

If you will stay in a 3 stars hotel, the local tax costs 1,50€ per person per night.

CHECK-IN AND STAY.

What is the check in time?

Check in begins at 14.00 and ends at 19.00. It is better to say the approximate time of arrival when you reserve the holiday. This info are written in the module of booking and confirmation. You can say before your arrival that you’ll be late, if for example your flight is late.

If you change your planes and you’ll arrive late or before, call us, send us an email or an SMS. If you’ll arrive before 14, you can for sure leave your baggage and do the check in.

Will I receive the keys of the room and also of the entrance?

The keys of the room or apartment and the one of the entrance will be given you immediately after the check in. Please remember that the owner must have the possibility to enter in case of emergency and for cleaning.

The direction can enter in my room or apartment during my stay?

Yes, but only after your permission. Remember that they come there to do daily cleanings and in case of emergency.

BREAKFAST

What kind of breakfast is served?

Normally it is a sweet continental breakfast, made of coffee, the, croissant, butter and marmalade, bread.

If specified at the check in that you should eat gluten free products or you are intolerant or allergic to something, we will satisfy your needs.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30

LUNCH AND DINNER

What is included in the half board treatment?

In the half board treatment you have included breakfast and you can choose between lunch and dinner. If your stay is for more nights, you can decide day by day. The menu of lunch and dinner will be prepared daily from our chef. Alternatively you can choose the menu à la carte, which will be calculated as an extra.

If specified at the check in that you should eat gluten free products or you are intolerant or allergic to something, we will satisfy your needs.

The lunch or dinner not used will be not refundable.

What is included in the full board treatment?

In the full board treatment you have included breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu of lunch and dinner will be prepared daily from our chef. Alternatively you can choose the menu à la carte, which will be calculated as an extra.

If specified at the check in that you should eat gluten free products or you are intolerant or allergic to something, we will satisfy your needs.

The lunch or dinner not used will be not refundable.

CLEANING

How often will be cleaned my room and the bathroom?

rooms and bathrooms at the Paradiso Hotel will be cleaned every day until 11 am, leaving the room available.

There will be towels and blankets?

Yes, towels and blankets are always in there, with the courtesy set (shampoo and soap).


How often will they be changed?

Blankets and towels have to be changes for any new guest. If you’ll stay more than a week, it will be change at least two times every 7 days. Towels will be changed every day.

 

TIMES

There is a time to come back in the evening?

No, you can come back when you want. Take care about other people.

 

What is the check out time?

Check out is till 12.00. However it is possible to leave the baggage in hotel and take them at the end of the day. That’s should be say before the check out time.

 

If my leaving is programmed for the afternoon or evening, is it possible to stay in the Hotel?

No, in this case you have to choose the “late check out”, which is until 18.00 and costs 20 € more.
